It's not just social situations where a sensitive and caring guy will get taken advantage of. Try interviewing with that demeanor. In many jobs you will be eaten alive. If they end up hiring you you'll be given a lowball offer. You'll be seen as someone they can roll over and quickly shunt aside while the more "deserving" personalities be allowed to move up. Doesn't matter whether your boss is a man or woman. You'll be eaten alive for not having an agressive personality.

the kingdom. In psychology it's called the halo effect
